Suzanne has started a discussion thread on The Austin Physics Meetup Group Message Board about the "What the Bleep do We Know" movies. The movies apparently draw a lot from quantum mechanics, have great graphics, and are award-winning, very well done films. This could be a one-time meetup, but there are multiple movies, so there could be multiple meetups to watch some or all of them. Suzanne would obtain the movie(s). The discussion group could meet wherever and whenever the interested people want to meet. Suzanne has offered to host the watching party, but she lives in New Braunfels. She has also suggested that the meetup could occur during the day. Meeting rooms at libraries with DVD/VCR players could be reserved; the interested people could reserve a meeting room at a library in the part of town that is most convenient to them. If the meetup was held during the day, it should be easy to find an available meeting room at a branch library.
